Chris Cvetkovich
Chris has been enthralled with experimental cooking since
he could reach a stove, and has been absorbed with eating it for even
longer. Growing up in an era where sourcing caul fat was tantamount to discovering the lost City of Atlantis, Chris has developed an
appreciation for unique ingredients and a hunger for learning and
inventing new techniques in cooking that go beyond what can easily
be found in off-the-shelf cookbooks.
A 3D animator by trade, Chris has recently launched a business, Animation Kitchen, focused on developing informative and promotional visualizations in the rapidly changing and increasingly high-tech culinary field.
